Privacy policy

How we process your personal data (GDPR and French law).

This privacy policy describes how we process your personal data when you use km0.run or sign up for the KM0 alpha. It is provided in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French law (including the French Data Protection Act).

Data controller

The data controller is Pulsor Lab, publisher of km0.run and KM0. You may contact us via pulsorlab.com for any request regarding your data.

What we collect

When you sign up for the alpha (via the form on this site), we collect the information you provide: in particular your name (optional), email address, and any message you send. We may also use cookies or similar technologies for the technical operation of the site (e.g. session, security). We do not collect data beyond what is necessary for these purposes.

We use your data to:

  • Manage alpha signups and communicate with you about KM0
  • Operate and improve the site and the product

The legal basis for this processing is your consent (when you submit the form) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in operating the service.

How long we keep it

We keep alpha signup data for as long as needed to run the alpha and develop the product, or until you ask us to delete it. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data and obtain a copy
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Restrict processing in certain cases
  • Object to processing in certain cases
  • Data portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format where technically feasible

To exercise these rights, contact us via pulsorlab.com. We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law (generally one month under the GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country of your residence. In France, the competent authority is the CNIL: cnil.fr.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell your data. We may share it only with service providers that help us operate the site (e.g. hosting, form handling), under strict confidentiality and in compliance with applicable law. If any transfer outside the European Economic Area occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date below will be revised when we do. We encourage you to check this page from time to time.
